Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sustainability Project Manager (ESG) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality sustainability solutions to our clients, managing projects from inception to completion while embodying our core values of Passion, Collaboration, Resilience, and Accountability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management

Lead and manage sustainability projects for diverse clients

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
ESG Strategy Development

Assess clients’ current ESG performance and identify areas for improvement

Develop tailored ESG strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives

Create actionable implementation plans for sustainability initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions

Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners
Sustainability Reporting

Guide clients in ESG reporting and disclosure practices

Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and ESG disclosures

Stay updated on reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
Client Advisory

Provide expert advice on sustainability trends and best practices

Conduct sustainability risk assessments and materiality analyses

Recommend innovative solutions to address ESG challenges
Training and Capacity Building

Develop and deliver sustainability training programs for clients

Build internal capacity within client organizations to manage ESG initiatives

Impact Measurement

Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives

Conduct regular assessments and provide progress reports to clients
Industry Research

Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices

Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within eco-g
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related roles

Strong knowledge of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards

Proven track record in managing complex projects from conception to completion

Excellent understanding of sustainability challenges across various industries
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with sustainability assessment tools and methodologies
